- I am a 54 year old Crone(wise older woman). I founded Age @ Home Elder Care Management in 2005.In 2009 I incorporated as Randall ELder Care Consultants, Inc. We help adult children in the care of their aging parents when their work, family or long distance prevents them from being there. Our care managers are licensed experts and provide reliable resources to elders facing physical and cognitive challenges.I have been married for 30 years to Gary and we have 1 daughter, Nora age 17.
